If "school referral" refers to a student being referred from one school to another, then it is possible for a school to accept a referral if they have an open enrollment policy or if the student meets their admission criteria. However, if "school referral" refers to a disciplinary action or a negative recommendation from one school to another, then it is unlikely that a school would accept such a referral without conducting their own evaluation of the student. Ultimately, the acceptance of a school referral would depend on the specific policies and practices of the individual schools involved. **
